My only gripe with the book is the dodgy grammar and imprecise or incorrect wording (for example, "a part of" and "apart of" have exactly opposite meanings). I have been out of school for a while and was never very good with mathematics to begin with. So going back to math class was very worrisome. This book began with addition and then gave a really good algebra section and then continued through everything I needed to get to calculus in an easy way.
